You can password protect your database using the password features.  To access the password features select the “Set Database Password” option form the main “File” menu.  You can enter a read password and a save password.  If you use a read password, an individual will not be able to open your database unless he or she enters the correct read password.  If you use a save password, an individual will not be able to save your database unless he or she enters the correct save password.  If you do not enter any passwords, password protection is not used.   Please note that passwords are saved in encrypted format.  If you forget your password the only way to retrieve it is to send a copy of your Database to Data Village.  Since password retrieval will take some time we will need to charge you for this service.  Accordingly you should take special care not to forget your passwords.
