You can use the HTML report
function to generate HTML reports, which you can view in your Web Browser. An HTML report is limited to a maximum of 1000
records in length. If you try and generate a
report with more then 1000 records you will receive a warning message and only the first
1000 records will appear.
To generate an HTML report you first
need to add the fields you want in the report to the Report Items list. To add fields press the Add Button. Fields will appear in the report in the order that
they are added to the Report Items list.
If you want to change the field order you can use the Move Up
and Move Down buttons. After you
add the desired fields you can insert a header and footer to your report in the Header and
Footer input areas. The header and footer
may be in HTML format. After all of the
information has been entered, press the View button to view the report using
your default web browser. If you are happy
with the report you can save it to disk using the Save HTML button. The Toolbar also contains the following buttons
specific to the HTML report window:
Press the
Load Format button to load an HTML report format.
Press the
Save Format button to save an HTML report format.
Press the
Set Font button to set the font used in the HTML report. Please note that some of the font selections on
your system may not be available on your web browser.
If you select a font that does not appear correctly you should try using
another font.
Press the Set Color button to set the
colors used in the HTML report.
