The Album View displays records in a visual format.  The Album window is completely re-sizeable.  When you are viewing the album you can use the following buttons to customize the album view:

Press the up arrow to increase the number of records displayed horizontally. 

Press the down arrow to decrease the number of records displayed horizontally.

Press the Left Arrow to decrease the number of records displayed vertically.

Press the Right arrow to increase the number of records displayed horizontally. 

If all of the records do not fit on the screen you can use the “Next” and “Previous” buttons to cycle through all of the records in the database.  If you press the “Mode” button you can alternate between viewing all the records in the database or just the records on the Search list.   You can check the label check box to view the record title along with the record picture.  Check auto-size to stretch the record image to fit the entire available image area.  Use the Record Image pull-down menu to select which record image you want to display.  And last you can double click on a record image to jump to the record on the View window.
